## 1. Problem Statement

The certified-wallets.html lookup page on datacert.ai had three bugs that persisted after an AI agent (Codex) claimed the work was done and filed a 36/0 acceptance report:

1. "Open in XRPScan" button navigated to wrong URL (`#` or XRPScan homepage)
2. Wallet lookup was hardcoded to one address (`rKZtUe8bSbczVFViwmLiWpR1gk7KTqaN76`)
3. Domain field rendered as plain text instead of a clickable hotlink

Customer Michelle Tan filed three bug reports with screenshots via WhatsApp.
